Twelve years after its introduction to Las Vegas, Lawry’s The Prime Rib has announced that it is now open for lunch, Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The centerpiece of the lunch service is an Ale & Sandwich Bar, which extends the same quality in a more casual preparation style at an even more affordable price point.
